Casa Real in Sandusky

This place is awesome. I love the food here. The street tacos were my favorites. They have many different meats you can choose from on the street tacos. I highly recommend this place. If you real want authentic Mexican food come here. I’ve enjoyed it very much.

They serve very fast..eat chips while waiting for the meal

We have eaten there several times with average food. Tonight was awful. The main ingredient was missing from my meal and they served my husband spoiled pineapple in his Hawaiian fajitas. Our meal was beyond disappointing. It was GROSS. Martin, I understand that we went through a pandemic but damn, dude. Your quality is at zero.

The plate was the only thing that was hot. My hard taco was very stale, and the margarita tasted like a powdered mix.

Superb food, excellent service, tasty drinks, super clean place with a great atmosphere. These guys got it right every step of the way. Thanks Casa Real and team for a great lunch experience. We’ll see you very soon!

Every time we go it is horrible service we have to wait for someone to even acknowledg us at the door then 10 to 12 minutes at the table we walked out last night had 2 baskets of chips and salsa never got drinks never got menus will never go back

Best authentic Mexican food. My husband is of Mexican descent and is very picky about where he eats Mexican food at and this is the only place he will go. They are always consistent in the quality and taste of their food and he says it's close to what he grew up with.

Decent Mexican food. Nothing extraordinary. Their prices seem to be a bit lower than some of the other nearby similar restaurants. I will say that their beer prices seemed rather high.

Wonderful atmosphere and food. Lunch specials daily. Main menu is also reasonably priced. Luis and Stella were exceptional wait staff with a friendly smile.It was a great break from amusement park food at a very reasonable price. Not too far from the amusement park.

Good food, nice scenery/music, and friendly workers. I would've given 5 stars, but I'm only giving 4 because when we got our food, the waitress brought out 3 plates that didn't seem entirely clean. There were crumb/speck-like things on all the plates. Other than that, the dine-in experience was good.

Best Mexican food I have ever had

Pretty decent Mexican American food. The employees were very pleasant and the restaurant was clean. They did not have many vegetarian or gluten free dishes offered. The prices are quite decent and they do offer lunch specials. I really liked that you can order an entire avocado sliced on the side, it was perfectly ripe and delicious. I hear they have great margaritas but I did not try one this trip, I guess we will have to return to give them a try.

We had a really good dinner. Prices are very reasonable, the food was delicious, except the shredded chicken. I personally did not care for the seasoning on it, my husband enjoyed it though. My order was messed up, but quickly corrected.

Why wife and I stopped in here on our honeymoon amost 11 years ago. The food and margaritas where good and still today.

Ate dinner here after busy day at Cedar Point. This may have been the best part of the day. Meal was excellent and service was outstanding. We will visit again on next trip.

Visiting from out of town and stopped here. The food was amazing and I'd definitely go back. I'm actually sad that the rest of our food is already planned that I can't come back this trip. The taco salad and fajitas were amazing.

The food was very good. I ordered a grande margarita and the Fajitas Hawaiiano. Everything was amazing. Service was a little slow as the people behind me were seated after wards, bit their order was taken first. Wasn't that big of a deal since I was not in a hurry to go anywhere. Would definitely recommend to others.

When me and my family the older kids sat at a table apart from the others and when we did we ordered our stuff but before all of that we got our drinks witch had nasty brown spots and black marks all over the cups witch we found DISGUSTING then my cousins food was cold and their chips are stale and some are soggy don’t go bere

I'm from out of town, I wasn't expecting this place to be that good since we have a great Mexican place in Canton. I was wrong, everything from the chips and salsa... to my rice and beef soft tacos were great. Clean and friendly place, great service that's fast. I will definitely come back here if I'm ever in the area.

Service is great. Food is always served quickly and is good. I don't understand why a restaurant with a bar (capacity of 100!) Only has a single restroom... Overall experience was positive

Huge portions for a very reasonable price. The salsa was not our favorite, and our chip basket was only filled the first time. The fried ice cream was immense, and the sopapilla was similarly sized. The shrimp fajitas lunch entree was very satisfying. Overall, pretty good.

We decided to stop by while vacationing. We loved it so much that we stopped by a second time. The service was terrific, the food was delicious, and the price is right for the portion size. We will definitely be back when we come back to Sandusky.

The food was great. The service was also great. The price was just right and they were fast and the staff was real nice. Clean environment and not as busy as expected with lead for a nicer evening to eat.

Absolutely fantastic! My wife and I both love this place! The service and food was fantastic. Best fajitas I've ever had in my life!

We were suprised to discover such little gem! We are originally from Brooklyn NY and this restaurant is legit New York Standard minus the pricing (New York being wayyyyy more expensive) their food is authentic Mexican and the flavor are coming through the entire eating experience. The service was proper and fast. We will definitely recommend Casa Real.

Has some great food. Great place to get a family dinner. The staff lady is really nice but I can't name her because she was not wearing a name tag. If any staff see this and want to know who she is she was working around 4:50 on 2/12/20. I would recommend coming here if you have a chance.
